    Is there a warranty?
    Yes! A 2-year warranty covers all our LED neon lights. Encounter issues? We’ll address or replace as necessary.
    Can I cancel or update my order after it's placed?
    We understand there may be situations where you need to cancel or edit your order. Simply reach out to us at [email protected] or DM on instagram @glyphglow.official. While we will always do our best to accommodate your needs, our orders do move through the workshop pretty quickly. Once your order has been in production, we will not be able to cancel or edit it due to system limitations.

    We offer 12 RGB LED neon colors: White, Warm White, Pink, Light Pink, Blue, Icy Blue, Turquoise, Green, Red, Orange, Yellow, and Purple. And RGB full Dynamic Color.
    Delivery timeframe for signs?
    Typically, 6-8 business days from order to shipment. Need it faster? Let us know during the order, and we’ll try to expedite.
    Can I use my neon outdoors?
    Our standard neons are for indoors. For outdoor use, we have weather-resistant options at an extra fee.
